Set up Studio Bertoletti in Milan in 2007 and became a founding partner of Studio Associato Omnia in 2018, together with seven other professionals.
Statutory auditor and legal auditor in several small and medium-sized companies.
In 2010, together with other consultancy practices in central-northern Italy, set up Gotha Advisory Spa (www.gotha-advisory.com), equity partner of Elite Growth and Borsa Italiana LSE.
Collaborates with the Advanced Training School of the Milan Institute in the role of coordinator and rapporteur of courses and symposia on company finance and financial markets and has been a member of the financial and management control committee of the Milan Institute for more than 10 years.
